Physician Referral

Over the years we have developed a relationship with physicians to provide patients with quality prosthetic and orthotic care. We communicate regularly working as a team to provide the needed service and follow-up care. All patients are seen by physician referral. We attend the Children With Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Clinics in Moab, Blanding, Richfield, Price, and Vernal with a Pediatric Orthopedic Specialist from Primary Children's Medical Center.

We communicate with physicians when there is any question about the type of service that is needed. Each patient is then referred back to the physician with the orthotic or prosthetic device. Patients are provided with information about their particular device and are given a follow-up appointment.
